(二零一一年二月十五日，香港) 國浩集團(國浩集團有限公司，股份代號：53)即日公佈截至二零一零年十二月三十一日止六個月之中期業績。
財務業績
截至二零一零年十二月三十一日止六個月，股東應佔未經審核綜合溢利扣除稅項及非控制權益後為38.42億港元，較去年同期10.63億港元增加261%。每股盈利達11.82港元。

主要溢利貢獻（扣除稅項前）為以下各項：
及扣除融資成本2.23億港元。
整體收益減少4%至32億港元。收益降低主要由於物業發展及投資部減少4.69億港元（26%），抵銷酒店及休閒業務部增加2.93億港元（21%）。
中期股息
董事已就截至二零一一年六月三十日止財政年度宣派中期股息每股1.00港元。

自營投資
經濟信息混雜，一方面美國失業率高企，部份歐洲國家則重新關注對國債的憂慮，而另一方面股市經歷呆滯的上半年後，股價在二零一零年下半年重拾升軌。市場在流動資金充裕、企業盈利持續增長及經濟數據有所改善下得到支持。美國聯儲局實施的第二輪量化寬鬆貨幣措施，進一步支持股市。然而，通脹壓力開始在多個新興經濟體系浮現。尤其是，中國迅速地調高利率及銀行儲備金率以冷卻其經濟，此舉導致中港股市的表現遜色。
適逢股價上揚的良機，國浩集團套現其買賣倉盤獲利。其預期股價仍然處於升軌，惟仍會出現波動。
