長和系集團或主席本人，在許先生任職政府期間，或在他卸任後，均沒有以任何形式聘用過許先生為長和系集團或主席做事或提供任何服務。

報導準確公正是傳媒的責任。任何意圖誤導或惡意詆毀的報導，均嚴重扭曲公平及公正的觀點。

我們認為有關報導嚴重損害集團的聲譽。對此，長和系集團及主席李嘉誠先生保留法律追究權利。
