（香港，二〇一三年四月二十五日）和記黃埔有限公司屬下公司 Turbo Top Limited 以長江集團中心業主身份向法院申請禁制令，禁止職工盟主席李卓人與一眾工會成員及罷工碼頭工人擅闖、阻礙或佔據長江集團中心及其至公眾道路為止的對開範圍。法官認為在未有機會聽取雙方陳詞之前，在現階段表示將同意頒令禁止集會人士非法進入長江集團中心，有關文件正在準備中；而對於其他事項，法庭將在下週五開庭聆訊。

和黃發言人解釋，公司一向尊重言論自由，及以和平方式表達訴求。遺憾的是，雖然李卓人等一直口說和平集會，但行動早已不和平，昨天更有示威人士強闖長江集團中心 7/F 辦事處，此舉動已證明集會人士對在該物業上班人士已造成難以容忍的滋擾。

與此同時，香港碼頭業職工會總幹事何偉航在昨天發生強闖事件後對外宣稱工人的情緒不排除失控，可能將行動升級。和黃發言人表示，此一言論具有威嚇性。

發言人補充，和黃集團對集會人士過去一段時間的行動，已經採取了極大的容忍與包容，但由於近日連串事件的變化，集團認為實有需要申請禁制令。
