和記黃埔有限公司及長江實業（集團）有限公司宣佈，已同意出售雙方各佔 50% 權益之上海浦東新區陸家嘴環路 333 號商業發展物業，總作價 1,155,000,000 美元（約港幣 8,956,000,000 元）。
