7 April 2016, Hong Kong - Swire Properties today unveiled the price list for 50 units of ALASSIO, the fourth and last of the company’s state of the art luxury residential towers in Mid-Levels West. The price list ranges from HK$14,810,000 to HK$27,390,000 whilst the price per sq ft of saleable area ranges from HK$24,577 to HK$30,396 for apartments sized from 581 sq ft to 922 sq ft.
