Reference is made to the press release and announcement issued by Swire Pacific Limited (the "Company") on 9th March 2022 in respect of the sale of a 100% interest in Swire Pacific Offshore Holdings Limited ("Swire Pacific Offshore") by the Company's subsidiary, Banyan Overseas Limited to Tidewater, Inc. ("Tidewater"). The sale was completed on 22nd April 2022.
Guy Bradley, Chairman of Swire Pacific said, "I would like to thank all the staff at Swire Pacific Offshore for their dedication and contributions to the company over the years, and I wish them and Tidewater all the best in the future."
