3英國達成協議收購 UK Broadband Limited

（2017 年 2 月 6 日，英國倫敦）3 英國達成了協議，收購 UK Broadband Limited。

UK Broadband Limited 目前在英國為 15,000 個客戶提供寬頻網絡服務，並將成為 3 英國的全資附屬公司。

交易須視乎是否符合若干條件而定。

3 英國行政總裁 David Dyson 表示：「UK Broadband 將為我們提供一個擴展機會，為英國消費者提供高質和實惠的上網服務。」

UK Broadband 有限公司將繼續按目前的方式營運直至交易完成。

預計交易將在年中完成。

3 英國將在交易完成後向 UK Broadband 有限公司支付 2.5 億英鎊。一筆遞延的 5,000 萬英鎊將作備用，作為日後在 3 網絡上訂立流動虛擬網絡協議的信貸額。
