(香港，2017 年 6 月 23 日) 合資擁有 WIND Tre 的長江和記實業有限公司與 Veon Ltd （前稱 VimpelCom）今天宣布委任 Jeffrey Hedberg 為 WIND Tre 行政總裁。

這家於意大利踞領導地位的電訊營運商由雙方各佔五成權益，在 Maximo Ibarra 帶領下，自 2017 年 1 月起合併為單一營運公司。

首階段整合計劃已實施成功並取得首季強勁業績，公司現委任 Jeffrey Hedberg 領導下一階段的整合工作，銳意實現公司的目標，建構全意大利最龐大、最優秀的 4G/LTE 網絡，以及領先的數碼技術，使公司成為意大利市場最具創意的匯流電訊營運商。

合資企業主席霍建寧表示：「Jeffrey Hedberg 是一位經驗豐富的行政總裁，曾在全球多個地區，包括美國、非洲與亞洲帶領成就斐然的電訊公司，並成功完成多項合併整合工作。我們歡迎他加盟 WIND Tre 出任行政總裁。」
