（2020 年 6 月 26 日，澳洲）長江和記旗下澳洲電訊公司 Vodafone Hutchison Australia﹙VHA﹚ 歡迎新南威爾士省最高法院批准VHA 與 TPG 電訊公司合併建議的安排計劃（「計劃」）。

VHA 行政總裁包路達（Inaki Berroeta）表示，最高法院的批准命令乃兩家公司完成合併的重要一步。

「對於合併最終獲批，我們感到高興，並期待在 7 月 13 日完成 VHA 與 TPG 的合併。

「VHA 與 TPG 的業務，尤其是基建方面，能互補長短，兩家公司同樣秉承以客為尊的精神，合併後可為澳洲消費者帶來裨益，並為業界注入動力。」

安排計劃的重要日期：

計劃生效　VHA 更名
安排計劃將於 2020 年 6 月 29 日（星期一）正式生效，VHA 將改名為 TPG 電訊有限公司。

TPG 股份暫停交易
TPG 將於 2020 年 6 月 29 日（星期一）交易結束時在澳洲證券交易所（ASX）暫停交易。

合併後的 TPG 電訊納入 ASX
合併後，TPG 電訊有限公司將於 2020 年 6 月 30 日（星期二）納入 ASX，以股份代號 TPG 以延期結算方式進行交易。

落實日期
計劃將於 2020 年 7 月 13 日（星期一）落實。合併後的 TPG 電訊將統領一眾 Vodafone、TPG、iiNet、Lebara、AAPT 及 Internod 等品牌成員。

新 TPG 電訊股份
新 TPG 電訊股份將於 2020 年 7 月 14 日（星期二）以普通結算方式開始在 ASX 買賣。
