（香港，2021 年 4 月 28 日）長江和記實業（「長江和記」）宣佈，同意與Ooredoo Q.P.S.C.（「Ooredoo」）就合併旗下附屬公司 PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia 及 Ooredoo 的附屬公司 PT Indosat TBK 之印尼電訊業務獨家商議期延長至 2021 年 6 月 30 日。

雙方一直進行具建設性的商議，但需要更多時間去達致最後結論。

目前仍沒有決定會否進行任何交易，而是項潛在交易須待完成盡職審查、訂立協定條款、簽署確定協議及取得所有必要的公司與監管批准後，方可作實。
