連接意大利低人口密度地區

合資協議加快部署意大利低人口密度地區的流動電訊網絡

（米蘭，2023 年1 月 3 日）iliad 與 WINDTRE 宣佈完成有關各佔 50% 權益合資企業 Zefiro Net S.r.l. 的交易，雙方將共同管理各自於意大利低人口密度地區的流動電訊網絡。

雙方的母公司獲意大利通訊管理局認可其公司背景及能力，而透過合資企業，iliad 與 WINDTRE 將發揮協同效益，加快當地業務地區包括 5G 的流動電訊網絡覆蓋，為居民提供極速寬頻服務。

Zefiro Net S.r.l. 代表 iliad 與 WINDTRE，在一個佔意大利總人口 26.8% 的地區，取得一項提供電訊服務的基礎設施的擁有及管理權。
