（香港，2024 年 2 月 13 日）長江和記實業有限公司（「長江和記」）宣佈，原計劃在意大利成立一家新公司並出售新公司 60% 股權予 EQT Infrastructure 的交易，因在 2024 年 2 月 12 日的最終限期前無達成交易協議要求的先決條件，故此交易將不會進行。

雙方於去年 5 月 12 日宣佈同意成立一家新公司，在意大利提供批發流動及批發固網通訊服務。 長江和記將繼續尋求其他可行的交易以為公司帶來價值，包括若出現合適的機會，探索與 EQT Infrastructure 的基礎設施交易。
