HAECO Launches New Corporate Identity

Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited ("HAECO", HKSE: 00044) announced today that it has launched a new corporate identity. The new, singular identity represents the depth of HAECO Group's capabilities, the breadth of its international network and the strength of its integrated services.

The new identity is symbolic of a tick mark. It captures the spirit of aviation; it is evocative of wings, aircraft tails and flight itself. The slightly italicised font encapsulates HAECO Group's relentless service innovation, resourceful spirit and ongoing drive for operational excellence.

The HAECO Group's 18 subsidiaries and joint venture companies around the world, including Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited ("HAECO"), Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Company Limited ("TAECO") and TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. ("TIMCO"), now stand proudly behind one name: HAECO. While the rebranding clarifies the relationship between the HAECO family of companies, our customer-centric approach to service and commitment to operational and technical excellence will remain at the core of our culture.

HAECO Airframe Services Provision of airframe maintenance, cabin reconfiguration, and structural modification through its 31 hangars in eight locations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States, with technical capabilities covering all common wide-body, narrow-body, and regional commercial aircraft types. Collaborating with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Supplemental Type Certificate holders and engineering companies, the Group also provides freighter conversion fulfillment services.

HAECO Line Services Provision of line services for over 140 airlines at its 28 line services stations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mainland China, and the United States, handling over 340,000 flights annually. The comprehensive line services cover transit checks and certification, defect clearance, cabin management, ramp services, and round-the-clock AOG support.

HAECO Cabin Solutions Provision of turnkey cabin integration solutions for commercial aircraft, covering design engineering, certification, and project management. The Group is also an authorised aircraft seat and cabin interior products Original Equipment Manufacturer.

HAECO Private Jet Solutions Operates the first Airbus-approved and Boeing-licensed private jet cabin completion centre in the Asia Pacific region, specialising in design engineering, certification, vendor management, manual supplements, as well as post-modification support for private jets.

HAECO Fleet Technical Management Provision of tailor-made fleet technical and asset management services.

HAECO Inventory Technical Management Provision of Inventory Technical Management solutions ranging from full-fledged inventory pooling, Power-By-The-Hour services to one-off loans, exchanges and AOG material support.
