（香港，二○一三年五月六日）法庭今天指令，維持二○一三年四月二十六日所頒出的臨時禁制令，直至法庭正式開庭聆訊。法庭又頒令，若干在長江集團中心外面豎立的臨時搭建物，須於明天中午前移除。法庭又給予從速聆訊禁制令的指示。

和記黃埔有限公司發言人表示，公司歡迎法庭今天的決定，並相信示威人士會尊重法庭決定。

和黃一向尊重言論自由及和平表達意見，但很遺憾，示威人士的行動對長江集團中心使用人士構成不能容忍的滋擾，也阻礙了中心的運作。

發言人說：「和黃對於過去三星期為使用中心人士帶來不便深表歉意。

「雖然我們不同意示威人士表達其訴求的方法，但我們希望罷工的碼頭工人能夠跟其僱主達成協議，為香港的港口運作繼續作出貢獻。」
