香港太古集團有限公司、太古股份有限公司、太古地產有限公司、國泰航空有限公司及香港飛機工程有限公司現任主席白紀圖先生，將於二零一四年三月退任上述職務。
史樂山先生將接替白紀圖先生出任上述公司主席。
白紀圖先生現年五十七歲，於一九七八年加入太古集團，自二零零六年二月起在香港出任集團主席。上述公司的董事局藉此機會衷心感謝白紀圖先生多年來為集團作出的傑出貢獻，並祝願他日後事事如意。
史樂山先生現任國泰航空有限公司行政總裁、太古飲料有限公司及港龍航空有限公司主席，同時亦為香港太古集團有限公司及太古股份有限公司董事。史樂山先生現年五十七歲，於一九八零年加入太古集團。他於一九九六年獲委任為香港飛機工程有限公司董事總經理、一九九八年獲委任為太古飲料有限公司行政總裁、於二零零七年獲委任為國泰航空有限公司常務總裁，並於二零一一年獲委出任現時職務。史樂山先生擁有哥倫比亞大學及劍橋大學的學位。
朱國樑先生將接替史樂山先生為國泰航空有限公司行政總裁。朱國樑先生現任國泰航空有限公司常務總裁，現年五十一歲，於一九八四年加入國泰航空後，曾於香港、中國內地、台灣、泰國及澳洲等地區工作。他同時為香港華民航空有限公司主席。 朱國樑先生擁有澳洲新南威爾斯大學商務碩士學位，及香港大學社會科學學士學位。
