(2013年9月21日，香港) Swire Properties Inc今天宣佈，計劃於早前購入、位於邁阿密市中心700 Brickell Avenue的地段上，興建全新綜合大樓，並納入其Brickell CityCentre 綜合發展項目。Swire Properties Inc為南佛羅里達州具領先地位的國際發展商之一，負責太古地產於美國的地產業務，是其全資附屬公司。
新大樓命名為 One Brickell CityCentre，預計樓高80層，由 建築事務所Arquitectonica 設計。作為佛羅里達州其中一座最高的大樓，One Brickell CityCentre 將包括零售商鋪、甲級辦公樓、住宅，以及一所附設特色餐廳及酒廊的酒店。
計劃中，One Brickell CityCentre的大型戶外廣場及零售店舖將與正在興建的Brickell CityCentre第一期連接，並興建具恒溫作用和建築特色的Climate Ribbon天幕覆蓋，保持一致的外觀風格。One Brickell CityCentre 將會成為整個綜合發展物業的主要通道，在全球知名的Brickell Avenue打造一扇氣派大門。Swire Properties Inc計劃與邁阿密政府合作，將One Brickell CityCentre加入現有的建築計劃。
Swire Properties Inc 總裁Steve Owens說：「在設計One Brickell CityCentre時，我們傳承了700 Brickell Avenue的賣方－Brickell家族及良好企業公民北方信託公司﹙Northern Trust Bank﹚－ 的名聲。我們的目標是打造一個多功能、多用途的綜合項目，並為社區服務。 」
「One Brickell CityCentre 的設計巧妙地融合不同功用，配合獨特的建築輪廓，將進一步提升Brickell Avenue 作為邁阿密主要商務、住宅及休閒中心的地位。」
Brickell CityCentre位於佛羅里達州邁阿密市的Brickell金融區，第一期工程正在進行中，預計將於2015年竣工，並建成一座優質購物中心、兩座住宅大廈、休閒式商務酒店邁阿密東隅、一所健康中心和甲級辦公樓。
