(香港，2014年6月3日) 太古酒店宣佈將於今年下半年開設三間新餐廳，包括位於太古坊的PUBLIC 和 Ground PUBLIC，以及位於太古廣場的The Continental。
位於太古坊內港島東中心地下大堂的Ground PUBLIC將於今年七月開始營業，在辦公時間內供應咖啡、飲品和外賣；而三十七樓的PUBLIC於九月開業，提供全面餐飲服務，為上班人士及附近居民提供多元化的選擇。PUBLIC將有堂食區和自助區，其廣泛的菜單包括西式和亞洲菜餚，菜單定期更新。
The Continental將於十月在太古廣場開幕。餐廳的室內設計由國際著名建築師事務所David Collins Studio負責，他們曾擔任倫敦著名餐廳The Wolseley、The Delaunay，以及在美國邁阿密 Scarpetta背後的設計團隊。新餐廳坐落於由Thomas Heatherwick設計，位於太古廣場四樓平台的獨立單元內，他的著名作品包括倫敦的新式巴士、奧林匹克聖火，以及太古廣場優化工程。
The Continental的菜單靈感來自歐洲的華麗咖啡館。菜式選擇繁多，包括豐富的歐洲經典菜餚，從早午晚三餐至深夜，供應飲品及小食。
這三個獨立的餐廳由新成立的Swire Hotels Concepts擁有及管理，旗下餐廳包括去年11月成功開業，位於太古坊海灣街的法式小餐館Plat du Jour。
餐廳將秉承太古酒店可持續發展原則：從可持續發展的來源採購，並盡量使用本地優質食材。

太古酒店的成立，是為進一步於香港、中國內地及英國拓展酒店業務，建立及管理一系列都會風尚酒店，並向 追求個性、品味及貼心服務的旅客呈獻高格調的獨特體驗。
繼北京的瑜舍及位於香港太古廣場的奕居分別於2008 年及2009 年10 月相繼開幕後，位於成都的博舍將於2014 年第4 季度開業。
此外，太古酒店於2010 年1 月25 日在香港港島東開設了名為香港東隅的休閒式酒店，設有345 間客房。位於北京將台區頤堤港的北京東隅設有369 間客房，並已於2012 年9 月開業。設有263 間客房及89 間服務式住宅的邁阿密東隅將於2015 年第4 季度於Brickell City Centre 開業。
太古酒店亦於英國主要城鎮中心發展名為Chapter Hotels 的全新酒店系列。 該系列設計時尚、靈感源自酒店所在地的本土特色。首間酒店The Montpellier Chapter 位於切爾滕納姆(Cheltenham)，在2010 年正式登場。而第二間酒店The Magdalen Chapter 座落於埃克塞特(Exeter)，於2012 年6 月開幕。
