太古酒店宣佈成立太古餐廳，負責管理旗下獨立餐廳的餐飲業務。太古餐廳包括位於鰂魚涌的Plat du Jour、 Public 、Ground Public、太古廣場的The Continental以及即將開幕的Mr & Mrs Fox。
Mr & Mrs Fox將於8月隆重開幕，是太古餐廳旗下最新的獨立餐廳。這摩登的扒房及社區交際的好去處佔地三層，位於太古地產之鰂魚涌糖廠街23號的服務式住宅項目太古坊栢舍。
Mr & Mrs Fox由香港室內設計及建築事務所Charlie & Rose擔綱設計，共設有250個座位 - 啤酒吧位於地下、一樓為冷盤吧及扒房而閣樓則為一個擁有露台的私人餐室。
Joey Sergentakis 將出任餐廳的首席廚師。受歡迎的Joey於任職Mr & Mrs Fox前，在Cafe Gray Deluxe 任職副主廚5年。經驗豐富的Joey亦曾於紐約及歐洲多間著名高級餐廳集團與備受推崇的大廚包括Daniel Boulud, Gray Kunz 及Philippe Rochat一拼工作。
太古酒店及太古餐廳
太古酒店的成立，是為進一步於香港、中國內地、英國及美國拓展酒店業務，建立及管理一系列都會風尚酒店。酒店突破常規的風格為追求個性、品味及貼心服務的旅客呈獻高格調的獨特體驗。
太古酒店於2008年在北京開設首間酒店瑜舍，隨後香港的奕居、香港東隅及北京東隅相繼開幕。位於成都的博舍和邁阿密東隅，分別於2015年第2季及第4季度開業。
太古酒店亦於英國主要城鎮中心發展名為Chapter Hotels的全新酒店系列。首間酒店The Montpellier Chapter位於切爾滕納姆(Cheltenham)，在2010年正式登場。第二間酒店The Magdalen Chapter座落於埃克塞特(Exeter)亦相繼開幕。
於2013年成立的餐飲業務部門，負責管理集團旗下的獨立餐廳的營運工作：部門首間餐廳Plat du Jour於2013年11月在香港鰂魚涌開業，其後於同區開設Public及 Ground Public 餐廳。位於太古廣場的The Continental亦於2014年10月開幕。
