Commenced in March 2009 and completed in November 2012, the project is a public-private partnership between the Hong Kong government and Swire Properties in revitalising the streetscape and historical features of the Old Wan Chai district and rebuilding a sense of identity for its neighbourhood community.

"Swire Properties is delighted to have had the chance to build on our expertise and experience through this collaboration with government departments, key stakeholders and the public," he commented.
