Hong Kong, 21 September, 2013 - Swire Properties Inc, a Swire Properties subsidiary in the United States and one of South Florida's leading international real estate developers, today announced that it is planning to add a new mixed-use tower to its Brickell CityCentre project at the recently purchased site at 700 Brickell Avenue in downtown Miami.
Named One Brickell CityCentre, the proposed 80-storey tower will be designed by Arquitectonica. As one of the tallest buildings in Florida, One Brickell CityCentre is planned to include retail, Class-A offices, condominiums, and a hotel with a signature restaurant and lounge.
Under the plan, One Brickell CityCentre's grand plazas and retail shops will be connected to phase one of the Brickell CityCentre development, now under construction, and covered by the Climate Ribbon™, an elevated climate control trellis and architectural statement that unifies the project. One Brickell CityCentre will be the gateway to the overall development, creating a front door to the internationally renowned Brickell Avenue. Swire Properties Inc intends to work with the City of Miami to have One Brickell CityCentre approved as an extension of the original plan.

Phase one of Brickell CityCentre is under construction in the heart of Miami's Brickell district, and upon completion in 2015, will comprise a luxury shopping centre, two residential towers, the lifestyle business hotel EAST, Miami, serviced apartments, a wellness centre and Class-A offices.
