22 April 2015, Hong Kong - Swire Properties today released a new price list (No.4) and two revised price lists (No. 2G and 3G) for a total of 24 units of AREZZO, the company's latest completed residential development in Mid-Levels West, with prices ranging from HK$33.68 million to HK$48.39 million, and unit rates ranging from HK$25,845 to HK$37,052 per sq ft of saleable area. Sales arrangements for AREZZO's units will be released soon.
As of yesterday, 83 out of 94 available units have been sold, representing 65% of the total number of units, with a total sales consideration of HK$2,282 million. The gradual handover to purchasers began earlier this month.

"The units which we are launching at present are mainly 3-bedroom units located on higher floors.
