25 March 2021, Singapore - Swire Properties announced today that it has sold all 20 apartments in its EDEN ultra-luxury residential project. Located at 2 Draycott Park in Singapore's prestigious District 10 Orchard Road neighbourhood, EDEN was designed by Thomas Heatherwick of Heatherwick Studio and is his first completed residential development globally.
All 20 apartments - each occupying an entire floor of over 3,000 sq ft and featuring four en-suite bedrooms - were sold for an aggregate of SG$293 million (around HK$1.7 billion), or SG$4,827 (approximately HK$27,800) per sq ft. The sale will be completed by 26 May 2021, subject to the fulfilment of the terms of the sale and purchase agreements.

Inspired by Singapore's vision as a ‘city in a garden', EDEN reconnects residents with nature, with one of the most iconic features being the 270-degree bespoke ‘private gardens-in-the-sky' filled with tropical greenery.
EDEN has set a new benchmark for sustainable ultra-luxury residences, and the development has earned a Green Mark Platinum rating from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA). Green components include natural ventilation that reduces the need for air-conditioning and energy usage, as well as tailored concrete to aid natural cooling, to name but a few highlights. The development was completed in 2019.
